Eligibility Criteria
Essential Qualifications & Experience
Candidates must meet one of the following criteria:
- A four-year Bachelor’s degree in Natural/Agricultural Sciences, or a Master’s degree in relevant fields, or a degree in Biomedical Engineering/Biotechnology/Medicine, along with four years of R&D experience in academic, industrial, or scientific institutions
- OR
- A Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or M.Tech Biotechnology with two years of relevant R&D experience
- OR
- A Doctoral degree (PhD) in Biological/Natural/Life Sciences with at least one first-author peer-reviewed publication
Desirable Skills
- Experience in mammalian cell culture
- Virus research
- Protein expression and purification
- Molecular biology techniques
Salary & Age Limit
- Monthly Emoluments: ₹57,000 + 9% HRA
- Age Limit: Not exceeding 50 years as of the closing date
Tenure
The position is purely temporary and project-based:
- Initial appointment: 6 months
- Extendable based on performance
- Co-terminus with the project
