Job Description
As part of the Digitalisation / Data / Insights team, the Associate will work closely with project leads and global stakeholders to execute projects in analytics, data science, and technology. The role involves applying analytical thinking, understanding business and mathematical logic, and using programming and querying tools to support data-driven solutions. Candidates will contribute to real-world business problem-solving through structured analysis, BI reporting, and data processing. Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with Project Leads to execute projects for stakeholders across Roche’s global affiliates.
- Execute projects in Analytics, Data Science, and Technology to deliver solutions for real-world business problems.
- Build expertise in programming languages, querying tools, data management tools, and BI platforms.
- Utilise industry-standard tools and support data processing activities.
- Support report and dashboard development and maintenance using BI tools.
- Gain knowledge of statistical methodologies and support Data Science projects.
- Present analytical findings to stakeholders in an effective and structured manner.
- Contribute to internal initiatives and support the growth of the GATE team.
Eligibility Criteria
- B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, Biotechnology, or related specialisations.
- Overall experience of 0–1 years in analytics, consulting, or technology.
- Strong quantitative aptitude and logical thinking ability.
- Ability to read data and derive meaningful insights.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Working knowledge of Python, SQL, and Excel is an added advantage.
- Highly motivated, learning-oriented, and quality-focused individuals are preferred.
