Job Description
- Manufacturing & Operations: Responsible for upstream mammalian manufacturing, including bioreactor operations, media preparation, CIP/SIP, and cell culture & cell banking activities as per GMP procedures.
- Documentation & Compliance: Preparation, execution, and review of GMP documents such as SOPs, BPRs, validation protocols, tech transfer documents, and ensuring cGMP compliance.
- Process Execution & Monitoring: Handling inoculum transfer, subculture, in-process parameter recording, sample analysis, and supporting process characterization, validation, and scale-up activities relevant to BSc Biotechnology Jobs candidates.
- Coordination & Audits: Collaborating with QC, QA, Engineering, and R&D teams, managing SAP transactions, maintaining equipment/facility, and supporting internal & external audits.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation in Biotechnology or Biotechnology
- Post-Graduation in Biotechnology or Biotechnology
- Relevant experience: 3 to 6 years
