Job Description – R&D Trainee Executive
Job Title: Trainee Executive – Research & Development (R&D)
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana
Department: Research & Development
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹2,00,000 – ₹2,40,000 CTC per annum
Educational Qualification (Preferred):
- M.Sc (Pharmaceutical Sciences / Biotechnology / Biochemistry / Life Sciences)
- B.Sc (Life Sciences / Biotechnology / Chemistry)
- B.Pharmacy
Eligibility Criteria:
Gender: Male candidates only
Experience: Freshers only
Year of Passing: 2023, 2024 & 2025
Willing to work in laboratory and pharma plant environment
Physically fit for lab and pilot-scale activities
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in formulation development, process development, and analytical experiments.
- Support trial batch preparation and optimization studies.
- Maintain R&D laboratory equipment, instruments, and logs.
- Document experimental observations and results accurately as per GDP norms.
- Assist in stability studies, method development, and validation activities.
- Handle and store chemicals, reagents, and samples properly.
- Support technology transfer activities from R&D to manufacturing.
- Ensure strict adherence to GLP, GMP, and safety procedures.
- Participate in troubleshooting and problem-solving under senior guidance.
Skills & Competencies Required:
- Basic understanding of pharmaceutical product development processes
- Fundamental knowledge of formulation and analytical techniques
- Awareness of GMP, GLP, and laboratory safety
- Strong learning attitude and adaptability
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

Salary Structure:
