JOB DETAILS :
- Project titled: “Development of Sustainable and Indigenous Porcine Collagen Extraction Technology for Cartilage and Bone Regeneration in Battlefield Injuries.”

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Postgraduate Degree in Basic Sciences / Life Sciences
- Qualification in CSIR-UGC NET or GATE
- Postgraduate in relevant professional courses (Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Life Sciences)
- At least 2 years of research experience in biology, biochemistry, or related fields
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The selected candidate will work on collagen extraction and characterization from animal-derived or recombinant sources. Responsibilities include:
- Protein extraction, purification & analysis
- Operating advanced analytical tools:
- HPLC, XRD, NMR, LC-MS, UV-Vis, FTIR
- SDS-PAGE
- Using bioreactor systems for biomolecule extraction
- Supporting scalable process development for collagen production
