Position Overview:
We are seeking a Microbiologist to join our Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
· Perform microbiological testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
· Monitor and maintain hygiene and sanitation standards within production areas.
· Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and internal quality systems.
· Document and report microbiological results accurately and timely.
· Support root cause analysis and corrective actions in case of deviations.
· Collaborate with QA, Production, and Maintenance teams to implement food safety
improvement initiatives.
· Participate in internal audits and ensure adherence to Nestlé and FSSAI guidelines.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Microbiology, Biotechnology, or related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years in a food or beverage manufacturing environment (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of microbial testing techniques and food safety standards (ISO, HACCP, GMP, etc.).
- Excellent analytical skills, documentation accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: 3,00,000 per annum
