eLIMS, Empower 3)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Quality Control professional for our Formulations Unit
(Unit 7) at Jadcherla. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in HPLC,
Chromatography techniques, Empower 3 software, and eLIMS, with a strong background in
formulation QC activities. Willingness to work in 3 rotational shifts is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and stability analysis of raw materials and finished products using HPLC, GC, and other chromatography techniques.
• Operate and interpret data using Empower 3 software – this is mandatory.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation in eLIMS, adhering to cGMP and GLP standards.
• Conduct method validation, verification, and transfer as per regulatory requirements.
• Prepare, review, and maintain SOPs, protocols, and analytical reports.
• Handle troubleshooting of instruments and analytical deviations effectively.
• Support audit readiness and compliance activities.

Candidate Requirements:

• 2 to 7 years of hands-on experience in Quality Control in a formulation (OSD) unit.
• Proficient in HPLC, GC, UV, Dissolution Apparatus,XRD etc.
• Mandatory experience with Empower 3 software and eLIMS.
• Good understanding of regulatory guidelines, cGMP, and GLP practices.
• Willing to relocate to Jadcherla and work in 3 rotational shifts.
