About the Role

We seek a dedicated Patent Search Analyst to join our IP Search Team in Noida for a fixed term. As a member of our team, you will collaborate with Fortune 100 clients through various stages of the IP lifecycle management, focusing on projects in the chem/Pharma domain. This role offers the opportunity to engage in Prior-art Searching, Evidence-of-Use, and Freedom-to-Operate searches.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related field
• 5 years of IP service experience with knowledge of US, European, and/or other jurisdiction patent law
• Expertise in utilizing patent and non-patent literature search databases
• Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel

Preferred Qualifications

• M. Sc/M. Tech/Ph.D. degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related field
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including data handling

Responsibilities

• • Execute searches of varying complexity to support customers in making patent-related decisions.
  • Perform qualitative analysis of patents and non-patent literature
  • Ensure a thorough search of prior art based on the project scope

Working Hours

This full-time role requires 40 working hours per week, based in Noida, India, in a hybrid work mode.
