CTC- 3.5 LPA (Fresher)- 7 LPA (above for exp)

Experience Required: 0 – 5 years

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) professional to join our team. This role is open to both fresh graduates and candidates with up to 5 years of experience. You will play a key role in ensuring that our products and processes meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

● Conduct regular quality checks and audits to ensure compliance with internal and external standards (e.g., ISO, GMP, GLP).
● Document quality assurance activities and maintain accurate records.
● Participate in product or process deviation investigations and assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
● Review batch records, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and other quality documents.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality is maintained across the production lifecycle.
● Assist in training team members on QA policies and procedures.
● Support in preparing for internal and external audits.

Requirements:

● Education: B.Sc / M.Sc in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related fields.
● Experience: 0–5 years in a QA role within pharmaceutical, biotech, or food industries (freshers with strong academic knowledge are encouraged to apply).
● Basic understanding of quality management systems, regulatory guidelines, and documentation practices.
● Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and willingness to learn.
● Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to Have (For Experienced Candidates):

● Hands-on experience with GMP/GDP documentation.
● Exposure to regulatory audits (FDA, ISO, etc.).
● Knowledge of software tools used in QA (e.g., LIMS, TrackWise).
