About the Job

The CTSM supports the clinical study leader in the execution and delivery of clinical studies. This role involves various responsibilities such as preparing study-related plans and materials, monitoring study progress, managing budgets, and supporting vendor activities.

Main Responsibilities of a Include:

As a Clinical Trial Support Manager at Sanofi, your main responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring proper study documentation and availability
• Developing and managing study budgets
• Organizing and leading study-specific meetings
• Supporting vendor management
• Overseeing the clinical sample management plan
• Managing Investigational New Drug (IND)
• Participating in Pre-Approval Inspection (PAI) activities

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred) in a scientific discipline
• Experience: Knowledge of clinical development, GCP & ICH guidelines
• Soft and Technical Skills: Ability to work collaboratively, problem-solving skills, organizational skills, and autonomy
• Language: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
