Job Opening: Clinical Safety Specialist

Location: Hyderabad

Brief Description:
The Drug Safety team at Azurity Pharmaceuticals plays a crucial role in monitoring, evaluating, and reporting adverse events to ensure patient safety. They collaborate with Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Development, and Quality teams to comply with global regulations and maintain high safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Review and assess adverse event reports
• Ensure accurate reporting of serious adverse events to regulatory authorities
• Prepare and review clinical safety documents
• Comply with pharmacovigilance regulations
• Participate in audits and inspections
• Collaborate with clinical research teams
• Support safety surveillance strategies

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field
• 3+ years of experience in pharmacovigilance or related field
• Knowledge of clinical trial processes and regulations
• Proficient in pharmacovigilance software systems
• Excellent communication and analytical skills

Physical & Mental Requirements:

The job may require sitting for long periods, occasional standing and walking, lifting up to 25 pounds, and operating various devices.
