Job Posting: Scientist I (Bangalore location)
Position Summary:
The Scientist I at Cytiva is responsible for executing basic complexity laboratory projects and generating test data related to specified protocols. This position is part of the Fast Trak Validation Services in Bangalore and will be on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute intermediate complexity test work as required, with minimal guidance.
- Review job requests and ensure compliance with laboratory SOPs.
- Prepare documents and ensure proper equipment availability and suitability.
- Operate and troubleshoot all necessary equipment/instrumentation.
- Record raw data accurately and notify management of any issues promptly.
Qualifications:
- MSc in Biochemistry, Chemistry with 1-5 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
- Hands-on experience with Handling, maintaining, and trouble-shooting Balance, pH meter, UV and HPLC equipment’s.
- Basic understanding of Analytical equipment validation.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Hands on Experience with handling, maintaining and troubleshooting ICP-MS, LCMS-QToF, GCMSMS.
- Knowledge of Veeva QMS, Smartsheet & ValGenesis.
