Role Overview
The Senior Technician – Production Operations supports the enhancement and maintenance of manufacturing performance, efficiency, and quality. You will work within the Production Operations department to develop and implement manufacturing techniques and processes, ensuring compliance with company standards, ISO, and GMP requirements. The role requires achieving daily production targets while adhering to safety and environmental guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform manufacturing activities including:
- Antibody-Dye Conjugation.
- Purification of conjugates using various column chromatography techniques.
- Buffer preparation and associated tasks.
- Operate advanced instruments such as:
- AKTA purification systems.
- HPLC.
- Nanodrop.
- pH meters.
- Support implementation of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Maintain adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental practices and ensure necessary resources are available and functional.
Required Qualifications
Educational Background: M.Sc./B.Tech in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a related discipline.
Experience: 1–3 years in a relevant manufacturing or operations role.
Skills:
- Strong technical expertise in chromatography and analytical systems.
- Flexibility, resourcefulness, and excellent communication skills.
