The person is responsible for performing analysis of the microbial limit tests. He/She must also ensure compliance with cGMP and cGLP standards. Will be responsible for handling Sampling & Analysis of Finished products, In-process samples, Raw materials, and Packing materials.
Welcome to the Quality control lab
We are a team of ten supporting operations and formulation teams. The team comprises graduates/post-graduates with science backgrounds. The team is very much open to adapting simplification and digitalization, thereby supporting stakeholders by delivering results faster.
In this role, you’ll make an impact by –
- Hands-on experience of Microbial limit test.
- Sampling & Analysis of Finished product, In-process samples.
- Sampling & Analysis of Raw materials, Packing materials & Water samples.
- Handling of autoclave, media preparation and growth promotion test.
- Maintain the media usage log sheet.
- Awareness of QMS documents like laboratory incidents, OOS, Deviation etc.
- Knowledge of good microbiological laboratory practices.
- Environmental monitoring in clean process operations.
To succeed you must hold
- M. Sc./B.Sc. (Microbiology)
- 2-3 years of experience in Pharma/ food industry.
Location – Synergia life sciences Pvt Ltd (Now a part of Novozymes), located at Wada (Palghar), Maharashtra, India.
