Application Instructions:
- The duration of the appointment will certainly be originally for a duration of one year and is likely to be extended further on yearly basis approximately a maximum duration of 3 years or till the completion of the project whichever is earlier based on satisfactory performance of the applicant.

Essential Qualifications for NIP Vacancy: First division Post-graduate degree (M.Sc./ M. Technology) in Biotechnology/ Biomedical Sciences/ Life sciences/ Bioinformatics,
and also at least 4 years of research experience
OR
2nd division Postgraduate degree (M.Sc./ M. Technology) with a PhD in Biotechnology/ Biomedical Sciences/ Life sciences/ Bioinformatics from a recognized university.
Desirable Qualifications For NIP Vacancy: PhD, Knowledge of molecular biology, molecular diagnostics & surveillance of infections; bioinformatics and experience of working in multicentric projects evidenced by publications in SCI Indexed Journal.
