Job Description for Novartis Vacancy:
Your responsibilities:
- To deliver the team performance contract and individual performance plan to fulfil or exceed the sales target within concurred budgets.
- To gain formulary acceptance and increased use for promoted products in all relevant accounts.
- To prepare & implement account development & territory business plans.
- To enhance clinical sales & marketing knowledge of promoted & competitor products.
- To maintain an up to date knowledge of the health provision environment.
- To identify & develop key opinion leaders to increase product usage, gain formulary acceptance as well as a product endorsement.
- To boost selling abilities by carrying out the required ability to practice or learning identified as part of an ongoing training programme.
- To boost efficiency through the delivery of QTQ objectives.
- To upgrade & maintain sales tracking systems to make the best use of efficiency on the area.
- To operate within the relevant codes of practice
Minimum Requirements for Novartis Vacancy:
- First Degree in Life science or equal English
- 2 years as a GP/ Hospital rep with a proven record of sales performance.
- knowledge of the healthcare system and its changing environment,
- Selling abilities in an account development role.
- Therapy class background
