Project Title : “Identification and molecular tagging of gene(s) controlling resistance to chilli leaf curl virus infection its chilli (Capsicum annum L.)”ICAR-151 (PC-2401)
Salary : Rs 25000/- per month + 20% HRA for an initial period of six months from the date on which the incumbent joins or till the termination of the scheme whichever is earlier.
The qualifications for this post are as under:
i) B.Sc. (Agri.)/ B.Sc. (Life Sciences) with minimum OGPA 2.00/4.00 or 50% marks.
ii) M.Sc in Vegetable Science/Fruit Science/Floriculture/ Biotechnology /Plant Breeding & Genetics or Life Sciences with minimum of 65% marks. Desirable: Preference will be given to candidate having experience in
molecular breeding.How to Apply :
Applications are invited on the prescribed form available in the office of the undersigned on payment of Rs. 200/- in the shape of bank draft payable at Ludhiana in favour of Comptroller, PAD. Ludhiana on any working day from 9.00 A.M. to 5.00 P.M. along with attested copies of certificates and passport sin photograph for the post of Senior Research Fellow provided in the scheme.
The last date for the receipt of applications duly complete its all respects its this office is 31.12.2016.Incomplete applications will not be entertained.
The candidates should appear for interview on 09.01.2017 at 1030 A.M. its the office of the undersigned.
- No separate intimation for the interview will be sent and no TA/DA will he paid for attending the interview.
- The amount of first one month salary payable to the Senior Research Fellow will be kept as security with the Head. Deptt. of Vegetable Science and it will be paid to him/her as and when he/she leaves the salvia, after giving the requisite one month’s notice or deposits the amount of one month’s silary.
- However, this will not hold good in respect of other assignments in PAU.
