Position Overview
The Research Scientist will contribute to research and development programs by applying advanced scientific knowledge to solve complex technical problems. The role involves designing and executing experiments, generating scientific insights, and supporting the development of new products, processes, or technologies. The Research Scientist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research outcomes into scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute experiments, simulations, or studies aligned with project objectives.
- Analyze experimental data and generate insights, conclusions, and recommendations.
- Conduct literature reviews and technology assessments to support research activities.
- Develop and optimize processes, materials, or formulations, as applicable.
- Document research findings through technical reports, presentations, and scientific papers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research into practical applications.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical challenges encountered during experimentation.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of experiments and research results.
- Support the scale-up, validation, and implementation of developed solutions.
- Contribute to innovation initiatives by generating and evaluating new ideas.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all research activities.
- Utilize analytical tools, scientific software, and laboratory instrumentation effectively.

Educational Qualification
Candidates should possess:
- Ph.D. in Engineering or Science, including:
- Biotechnology
- Related disciplines
Experience
- 0–3 years of experience, including doctoral research.
- Hands-on experience in experimental research, data analysis, and technical problem-solving.
- Publications, patents, or thesis work in a relevant domain will be preferred.
