Junior Product Manager, Adis Pharmacovigilance
Adis Pharmacovigilance is a literature monitoring service which supports pharmaceutical companies in their regulatory pharmacovigilance obligations. The service provides bespoke options on an individual client basis and provides literature monitoring for activities such as ICSRs, aggregate reports, signal monitoring and local literature monitoring
. Adis Pharmacovigilance is one of the Business Intelligence offerings within the Corporate Markets and Databases division of Springer Nature.We have created a new role in the product management team of the Business Intelligence group, due to recent growth and expansion of Adis Pharmacovigilance. The role would provide support to the current Product Manager in the day-to-day commercial and strategic operations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare reports, documents and any other information as required to support client meetings
- Provide training to local sales teams on the service offerings and client approaches
- Provide input into internal and external sales and marketing materials
- Provide technical support to sales staff and customers as required
- Gather and analyse customer and sales intelligence to support business development
- Prepare proposals for client quotes and renewals
Experience, skills and qualifications
Essential
- At least 2 years’ experience in a pharmacovigilance-related environment
- University education, preferably in life sciences
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other Office applications
- Ability to work independently, or as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- Fluent in English language
Desirable
- Fluency in additional languages
- Training or qualifications in pharmacovigilance
