Key Responsibilities
- Develop computer vision algorithms using Python and OpenCV.
- Build and optimize biomedical image processing pipelines.
- Design, train, fine-tune, and evaluate deep learning models for medical image analysis.
- Work with biomedical imaging datasets including Brightfield Microscopy, Fluorescence Microscopy, Phase Contrast Microscopy, MRI, CT Scan, and PET Scan.
- Develop AI models for image segmentation, cell detection, tissue classification, feature extraction, image enhancement, image denoising, and quantitative biomedical image analysis.
- Fine-tune vision foundation models and advanced computer vision architectures.
- Evaluate model performance and improve accuracy through optimization techniques.
