Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine molecular diagnostic techniques.
- Conduct manual and automated DNA/RNA extraction.
- Execute nucleic acid amplification tests.
- Engage in bench work in molecular pathology.
- Assist in research projects related to cancer diagnostics.
- Optimize PCR and prevent amplicon contamination.
- Develop new in-house molecular biology assays.
- Maintain laboratory information systems and quality control programs.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: PhD or MSc in the relevant specialty from a recognized institution.
- Experience: PhD or MSc can apply. Wet lab experience of minimum 2 years on Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) / Microarray / Real Time PCR-based assays is preferred.
Consolidated Salary: Rs. 87,000/- p.m.
