- Project: Development of In Vitro Diagnostic (IVD) Kits against drug-resistant Salmonella Infections

Job Description
The Project Technical Support – III role involves working on the development of diagnostics for antibiotic-resistant Salmonella strains. Responsibilities include molecular cloning, protein expression, and the development of ELISA and LFA tests. Candidates with relevant experience in protein characterization and purification are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct molecular cloning and protein expression
- Develop ELISA and LFA tests for diagnostics
- Characterize and purify proteins from bacterial sources
- Collaborate with team members on research objectives
- Maintain accurate records of experiments and results
- Assist in preparing reports and publications
- Participate in project meetings and discussions

Eligibility Criteria
- Essential Qualification: MSc (with valid GATE) / MTech or equivalent in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Life Sciences, or any other relevant science and engineering stream.
- Desirable: Experience in cloning, expression, and purification of proteins is preferred. CSIR/UGC/DBT-JRF fellowship holders will be given preference.
