Position Overview
The Young Professional-I (YP-I) supports the implementation of the National Fisheries Development Board (NFDB)-funded project titled “Super-Intensive Precision and Natural Shrimp Farming (SIPNSF).” The role focuses on shrimp farming operations, farm management, field research, and project execution. The incumbent works closely with the project team to ensure efficient farm operations, data collection, and adoption of precision and natural shrimp farming practices.

Desirable Qualification
- Experience in shrimp farming operations
- Farm management knowledge
- Willingness to work full-time in shrimp farming activities
Field Assistant
Essential Qualification
- Undergraduate or Diploma with field experience in shrimp farms
Desirable Qualification
- At least one year of shrimp or fish farm management experience
- Ability to perform feeding, sampling, pond maintenance, sludge removal, aeration, and related farm activities
