Key Responsibilities

  • Work in a fast-paced environment supporting antibody development and testing.
  • Perform molecular biology techniques including PCR, primer design, vector design, DNA extraction, and RNA extraction.
  • Execute high-throughput cloning procedures.
  • Plan and perform experiments to achieve project objectives.
  • Maintain accurate laboratory notebooks and data records.
  • Conduct literature reviews to stay updated on developments in antibody research.
  • Analyze, compile, and present scientific data.
  • Participate in team discussions and project meetings.
  • Follow timelines while maintaining scientific quality and accuracy.

Qualification

Applicants should have Master’s degree or equivalent with 0-4 years’ experience or a PhD in a life sciences field (submitted within the last one year) with a strong focus on molecular biology, immunology, biotechnology or biochemistry.

Skills Required

  • Hands-on experience in molecular biology techniques, including PCR, primer/vector design, DNA/RNA extraction, and cloning methods.
  • Experience with Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS), library preparation, and sequencer operation.
  • Knowledge of bioinformatics analysis of sequencing data, particularly antibody sequencing.
  • Familiarity with Python, R, or other programming languages is an advantage.
  • Experience with immunoassays such as ELISA, Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry (ICC), and Immunohistochemistry (IHC).
  • Knowledge of antibody development and engineering platforms is desirable.
  • Experience with high-throughput screening, automation, and workflow development is preferred.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced research environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and statistical tools such as GraphPad Prism.
