Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry and validation processes as per healthcare regulations and standards.
- Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with established standards.
- Maintain and update internal databases, ensuring data quality and consistency.
- Collaborate with team members and achieve target-oriented goals.
- Work in different shifts and handle workload efficiently under pressure.
- Assist in the analysis and refinement of data and processes to enhance data accuracy and efficiency.
- Perform all assigned duties with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Any non-technical Bachelor’s Degree.
- B.Sc.
- B.Pharma.
- B.Com.
- BA.
- Nursing.
- Life Science graduates.
Experience
0–3 years in any US Healthcare Process, such as:
- Release of Information (ROI)
- Claims Adjudication/Adjustment
- Medical Billing
- Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
Healthcare document retrieval experience will be an added advantage.
Skills Needed
- Proficient in written communication skills.
- Decent verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge and understanding of US healthcare compliance regulations (HIPAA, etc.).
- Ability to work in different shifts.
- Knowledge of data entry best practices and techniques.
- Experience working in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
- Experience with data processing software/tools and platforms is a plus.
