Key Responsibilities
- Laboratory Research Management
- Conduct, coordinate, and supervise laboratory experiments under the project.
Support translational oncology and leukemia-related research activities.
- Conduct, coordinate, and supervise laboratory experiments under the project.
- Biorepository Management
- Assist in the management of the Leukemia Biorepository.
Ensure proper handling and documentation of biological samples.
- Assist in the management of the Leukemia Biorepository.
- SOP Development & Standardization
- Harmonize and maintain SOPs for: Metabolomics studies (LC-MS/GC-MS), Proteomics assays, Other project-related laboratory procedures
- Training & Capacity Building
- Develop training modules. Conduct training programs for laboratory technical staff.
- Laboratory Operations
- Assist in equipment procurement and maintenance. Maintain laboratory inventory and supplies. Ensure uninterrupted laboratory functioning.
- Study Coordination
- Coordinate with study teams for efficient project execution. Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain study-related records and documentation. Generate monthly progress and laboratory activity reports. Support annual reporting requirements.
- Quality Assurance
- Conduct periodic audits and quality checks. Ensure compliance with project protocols and institutional policies.
