About the Role
Q-Line Biotech Limited is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Application Specialist to provide technical and application support for its diagnostic product portfolio, including Rapid Tests, ELISA, CLIA, and other In-Vitro Diagnostic (IVD) solutions. The role involves product demonstrations, customer training, troubleshooting, product evaluations, tender support, and post-sales technical assistance to ensure optimal product performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical interface for customers by providing end-to-end application support across Rapid Tests, ELISA, CLIA, and related diagnostic platforms.
- Conduct product demonstrations, installations, validations, and implementation support at customer sites.
- Train laboratory technicians, pathologists, clinicians, distributors, and internal sales teams on product usage, testing procedures, and result interpretation.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales application support for diagnostic products including Rapid Tests, ELISA, CLIA, and related technologies.
- Handle technical queries, troubleshoot product-related issues, and support complaint investigations.
- Assist customers during product evaluations, validation studies, and performance assessments.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, product training materials, user guides, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Support the sales team during customer meetings, technical discussions, product presentations, and business development activities.
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance, R&D, Manufacturing, and Regulatory teams for technical feedback, product improvements, and issue resolution.
- Prepare technical documentation required for government and institutional tenders, including technical specifications, compliance statements, and technical clarifications.
- Conduct market and competitor research to understand industry trends, customer requirements, and product positioning.
- Participate in conferences, workshops, exhibitions, CMEs, and scientific events to represent the organization and promote products.
- Maintain records of customer visits, training sessions, evaluations, technical support activities, complaints, and feedback.
Eligibility
- B.Sc./M.Sc in Microbiology or Biotechnology, Lifesciences
- B.Tech./M.Tech. in Biotechnology or related Life Sciences discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Application Support, Technical Support, Product Specialist, Diagnostics, or IVD industry roles.
- Experience in Rapid Tests, ELISA, CLIA, or related diagnostic technologies will be preferred.
- Exposure to government tenders, product evaluations, and technical documentation will be an added advantage.
