Key Responsibilities
- Review and interpret export market labelling regulations to ensure compliance.
- Ensure labels, cartons, leaflets, and packaging materials meet country-specific regulatory requirements.
- Monitor global labelling regulation updates and assess their impact on products.
- Prepare labelling specifications, artwork briefs, and regulatory content.
- Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs, Packaging, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams.
- Review and approve artwork proofs for accuracy and compliance.
- Manage labelling-related change controls and track implementation of updates.
- Support product variations, safety updates, and regulatory-driven labelling changes.
- Maintain labelling records, approval history, and compliance documentation.
- Ensure labelling documents are audit-ready and support inspections.
- Liaise with global affiliates, distributors, and regulatory teams on labelling requirements.
- Provide regulatory labelling guidance to cross-functional stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Master’s in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related field.
- 2 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, Artwork Management, or Export Labelling.
- Experience with global markets such as EU, UK, GCC, ASEAN, LATAM, Africa, Australia, or North America preferred.
Skills Required
- Strong understanding of global regulatory labelling requirements.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical packaging components and artwork lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with change control and document management systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and artwork management tools.
