Key Responsibilities
- Install and configure manual liquid handling devices.
- Perform equipment testing and customer handover activities.
- Diagnose technical issues and carry out repairs.
- Conduct pipette maintenance, calibration, and servicing.
- Maintain service documentation and calibration records.
- Support preparation of service proposals and customer presentations.
- Assist with complaint management and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with sales, service, and management teams.
- Support revenue generation through maintenance and calibration services.
- Ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
Qualification
Technical degree in biomedical engineering, Life Sciences or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and practical service experience.
