Job Details:
- Job Title: Assistant Manager – Quality (Tumkur)
- Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka
- Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and implement quality control processes across manufacturing operations.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
- Collaborate with Production, Research & Development, and Supply Chain teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
- Develop, maintain, and update quality documentation, records, and reports.
- Investigate customer complaints related to product quality and ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure adherence to all applicable food safety regulations, quality standards, and industry requirements.
- Train, guide, and mentor junior quality assurance and quality control personnel.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality, process efficiency, and compliance.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control within the FMCG industry.
- Strong knowledge of food industry regulations, quality systems, and compliance requirements.
- Proven experience in planning, conducting, and managing quality audits.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
