Key Responsibilities
- Develop Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR) based analytical methods
- Measure kinetic and equilibrium binding constants for protein and peptide products
- Perform analytical method qualification for pipeline products
- Characterize innovator product batches from different geographical regions
- Conduct analytical similarity assessments of in-house products
- Prepare Method Development Reports (MDR) and Analytical Test Procedures (ATP)
- Maintain analytical laboratories in compliance with GLP regulations
- Operate and maintain SPR instruments
- Manage chemicals, consumables, and critical reagent inventories
- Perform instrument calibration and troubleshooting activities
