Position Details
1. Young Professional – I (One Post)
- Project Name: Testing of Cyclobutrifluram 38.4% w/w SC (Vaniva) against Root Knot Nematode & Fungal (Cretocystis/Fusarium) wilt in Pomegranate sponsored by Syngenta India Ltd.
- Emolument: Rs. 30,000/- P.M. Fixed
- Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and maximum 45 years
- Essential Qualification: Graduate degree in Agriculture
- Desirable: Post-Graduation in Nematology/ Plant Pathology/ Agriculture Entomology/ Microbiology
2. Young Professional – I (Two Post)
- Project Name: Horticulture Crop Pest Surveillance and Advisory Project (HORTSAP), Govt. of Maharashtra
- Emolument: Rs. 30,000/- P.M. Fixed
- Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and maximum 45 years
- Essential Qualification: Graduate degree in Agriculture / Horticulture/Life Sciences
- Desirable: Graduation/Post-Graduation with working experience in the crop protection discipline such as Agriculture Entomology, Plant Pathology, and Microbiology

Terms and Conditions
- The above position is purely on a temporary basis and is co-terminus with the project. There is no provision for re-employment after the termination of the project. Selected candidates can be discontinued owing to administrative reasons at any time by the issuance of one month’s notice or one month’s emoluments in lieu thereof. They may also leave the assignment on their own violation, by giving one month’s notice.
- Above Age limit Relaxable to SC/ST/OBC as per Govt. of India rules.
- No TA, DA will be paid for attending the interview.
- The applicants must bring their original documents along with a duly filled application form (Annexure-I), one passport size photograph, and one set of photocopies of related documents at the time of the interview failing which he/she shall not be allowed to appear in the interview.
- No objection certificate from his current employer and experience certificate in original should be produced at the time of interview.
- Canvassing in any form will lead to cancellation of candidature.
- The decision of Director, ICAR-NRCP, would be final and binding in all aspects.
