1. Formulation and Filling
Designation: Officer / Executive
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain:
- Vessels
- Filtration units
- Autoclaves
- Vial washing machines
- Dehydrogenation tunnels
Ensure GMP compliance during operations. Monitor and control critical process parameters to maintain product quality and consistency.
2. Quality Control (Product Testing)
Designation: Officer / Executive
Key Responsibilities:
Perform:
- Cell-based assays
- Virus titration
- RT-PCR
- Immuno-chemical assays
Handle and operate instruments such as:
- pH meter
- Analytical balance
- Karl Fischer
- Real-time PCR
- ELISA
Possess technical knowledge and hands-on experience in:
- Bacterial vaccine in-process testing
- Drug Substance (DS) testing
- Drug Product (DP) testing
- Release testing
- Stability testing
3. Plant Operator (Ampoule / Vial / PFS / Filling & Formulation)
Key Responsibilities:
Operate aseptic equipment including:
- Washing systems
- Sterilization units
- Filling systems
- Lyophilization equipment
Handle production for:
- Ampoules
- Vials
- Prefilled Syringes (PFS)
Ensure compliance with cGMP and GDP standards. Record batch data accurately. Coordinate with QA and Maintenance teams. Support troubleshooting activities in sterile production.
Educational Qualification
