- Checking in the client data, raising TeamTrack tickets, and acknowledging the data receipt
- Normalizing & validating the data
- Investigate the issues
- Calculate the Rebates and deliver the Payment package reports to the client
- Provide support for the Formulary review production
Qualifications:
Health care / Life sciences professional degree
Experience:
0 – 1 year of experience is preferred
Skills Needed:
- Verbal and written communication skills, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Good Analytical skills, critical thinking to validate the data, analyze the trend, and identify discrepancies, investigate issues, and provide a solution
- Basic ability to work independently, multitasking, and manage one’s time
- Experience in working on Excel-based reports
- Documenting work/procedures in accordance with the agreed standards
- Stakeholder management
