Eligibility Criteria

Essential Qualification Postgraduate degree (including integrated PG) in Biochemistry / Biotechnology
Job Requirements Conduct R&D activities focusing on:

  • Fats and oils research
  • Biochemical analysis
  • Cell culture studies
  • Handling rat/mouse models
  • Gene and protein expression analysis related to lipid metabolism
  • Operation of basic laboratory instrumentation
Desirable Skills
  • Experience in lipid extraction and analysis
  • Hands-on experience in cell culture
  • Experience with small animal handling
  • Qualification in national-level exams such as CSIR-UGC NET (JRF/LS), GATE, DBT-BET, ICMR-JRF or equivalent

 

Job Overview

The Project Technical Support – III will support research activities in lipid metabolism and metabolic health.
