Key Responsibilities
● Conduct microbiological research and experiments in line with R&D projects.
● Perform routine and advanced microbiological testing, including sterile and non-sterile product analysis.
● Maintain accurate records of experiments, results, and observations.
● Support development, validation, and troubleshooting of microbiological methods.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
● Participate in preparation of technical reports, protocols, and documentation for audits.
Skills & Competencies
● Strong knowledge of microbiology principles and techniques.
● Hands-on experience with microbial testing of pharmaceutical products.
● Familiarity with GMP, GLP, and regulatory compliance.
● Good analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
● Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented R&D environment.
