Project Details The position available is for a Project Research Scientist I under an ICMR-sponsored research project titled “A target-guided approach for design, synthesis, and screening of host-directed therapies for TB and associated metabolic disorders (PCOS) in women.”

• Principal Investigator: Dr. Ruchi Jain Dey, BITS Hyderabad
• Duration: 2 Years
• Fellowship Amount: ₹ 56,000 per month + 27% HRA (increases in the second year)

Qualifications of a Project Research Scientist I: We are looking for a highly motivated and recently graduated PhD candidate with a strong background in Life Sciences, molecular biology, biochemistry, and microbiology.

Preferred Skills & Experience: The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in microbiology, in vitro techniques, in vivo rodent handling, and molecular biology. Proficiency in data handling and bioinformatic tools is desirable.

Desirable Qualities: Excellent documentation skills, prior publications, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities are preferred.
