Main Responsibilities
Purpose & Core Responsibilities:

Create specialized content with supervision.

Support end-to-end publication and medical education content development processes, including documentation and approval in PromoMats/iEnvision (formerly Datavision/MATRIX).
-
Develop and maintain therapeutic area expertise as Scientific Writer.
-
Collaborate closely with peers and teams to establish best practices.
-
Engage effectively with stakeholders.
People:
-
Maintain strong relationships with end stakeholders (medical and scientific communities) in the assigned Global Business Unit and product, aiming to create educational and communication content as needed for Scientific Writer.
-
Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals on publication content.
-
Continuously support fellow writers by sharing knowledge and expertise.
Performance:
-
Deliver publication and medical education materials (e.g., slide decks, abstracts, posters, manuscripts) on time and with high quality.
-
Provide strategic publication support with individuals and institutions as Scientific Writer.
Process:
-
Develop medical education and publication materials.
-
Contribute to medical communication efforts within the assigned therapeutic area.
-
Assist the scientific communication team with comprehensive publication-need analysis.
-
Implement key aspects of the annual publication plan for the region as Scientific Writer.
-
Collaborate with selected vendors to ensure timely, quality deliverables.
-
Use end-user feedback to refine and improve content and delivery.
Stakeholder Engagement:
-
Collaborate with regional/area scientific communication teams to identify publication needs and assist in content creation.
-
Coordinate with Product Managers, MSLs, and the medical department to develop relevant, tailored deliverables.
About You
Experience:
1–3 years in content creation for the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, or academia preferred for Scientific Writer.

Technical Skills:

Therapeutic area or domain knowledge

Experience in publication submission

Education:
