As an Associate Scientific Writer within our Scientific Communications/Education team, you will play a crucial role in creating specialized content and supporting the end-to-end publication and medical education content development process.

Main Responsibilities

• Create specialized content with supervision
• Support end-to-end publication/medical education content development process
• Develop and maintain therapeutic area expertise
• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders

People

• Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders
• Interact effectively with healthcare professionals
• Assist other writers in developing knowledge and expertise

Performance

• Provide publication/medical education material as per agreed timelines and quality
• Provide strategic support with individuals and institutions

Process

• Develop publication/medical education material
• Support the field of medical communication
• Conduct publication-need analysis

Stakeholder

• Work closely with scientific communication teams
• Liaise with Product Managers, MSLs, and medical department

About You

• Experience: 1-3 years in content creation for pharmaceutical/healthcare industry or academia
• Soft skills: Stakeholder management, communication skills, ability to work independently and within a team
• Technical skills: Therapeutic area/domain knowledge exposure, publication submission, project management
• Education: Advanced degree in life sciences/pharmacy or medical degree
• Languages: Excellent knowledge of English language
