Position Summary

As a Senior Manager in the RDQ-Clinical Quality Assurance group (CQA) at Bristol Myers Squibb, you will conduct Good Clinical Practice (GCP) audits to ensure compliance with regulations and company procedures. You will act as a subject matter expert in GCP-related areas and may support Health Authority Inspections.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform GCP audits, including investigator sites, protocols, vendors, and internal systems
• Act as a technical resource for GCP topics
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and drive stakeholder engagement
• Support/manage Health Authority Inspections

Degree/ Certification/ Licensure:  University Graduate in relevant discipline (life sciences degree preferred)

Qualifications & Experience

To be successful in this role, you should have a university degree in a relevant discipline, at least six years of experience in clinical research or GCP-related QA environments, and advanced knowledge of ICH-GCP Guidelines and regulations. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential.
