About the job
Key Responsibilities:
● Conduct routine inspections of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
● Analyze inspection data and generate reports on quality metrics and product defects.
● Collaborate with engineering and production teams to develop and implement corrective and preventive actions.
● Monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes and adjust processes as necessary.
● Ensure the availability of required tools, including calibrated measuring equipment.
● Maintain and update quality documentation, including quality manuals, procedures, and records.
● Support production teams in resolving quality-related issues and providing technical guidance.
● Collect and analyze quality data to identify trends and potential issues.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related field.
● 2-5 years of experience in quality assurance within the personal care or manufacturing industry.
● Knowledge of quality control methods and techniques.
● Strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
● Good communication and interpersonal skills.
● Proficiency in using quality management software and tools.
