Our Supply Chain and Manufacturing team are problem-solvers, sourcing, producing, and delivering our much-loved brands to delight customers around the globe. Over half of Diageo’s 30,000+ people work in Supply Chain and Manufacturing. It’s an intricate and sophisticated operation that’s the product of logistical, manufacturing, and technical collaborations.
Role Responsibilities of Senior Executive – Quality Job:
- Improve and sustain quality systems in collaboration with the unit team
- Conduct RM/PM inspection and sensory evaluation of samples
- Lead root cause problem-solving investigations for quality issues
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and drive improvements in areas where targets are not met
- Support training and skill development for the unit team
Experience/Skills Required for Senior Executive – Quality Job:
- M.Sc (Chemistry), B. Tech Food tech, M.Sc Microbiology, BSc Biotechnology
- 5-7 years of experience in the food industry
- Experience in quality management systems, quality improvement projects, and handling of quality issues
