Job Posting: Field Application Spec II

Location: Mumbai, India

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to clients, handling objections and questions.
• Troubleshoot QC errors, guide customers, and provide training on Quality Control Products.
• Conduct product demonstrations as needed for the assigned geography.
• Act as a consultant to both internal and external customers on accreditation and global Quality Control guidelines.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and collaborate closely with sales teams.

What You Bring as Field Application Bio-Rad:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in biological science, Biochemistry, or related field.
• Prior experience in an application support role preferred.
• Quality Managers with 5-6 years of experience in a reputed medical laboratory.
• Knowledge of Quality Control, EQA, and Quality assessments required.
• Problem-solving, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage schedules remotely, and proficiency in computer skills.
• Strong customer interface and training abilities.
