Brief Description about the Project:
Postpartum Breast Cancer (PPBC) is a unique subtype affecting young women who develop breast cancer within 5 to 10 years after the last childbirth. The project aims at investigating genomic, transcriptomic, and spatial microenvironment and devising strategies for clinical decision-making to identify poor prognostic subclasses.

Position Starting: 01st November 2024

Preferred Qualifications: PhD with post-doctoral experience is preferred in molecular biology and genomic exploration using NGS
Salary: Rs. 56,000 + 30% HRA
Language: English
Experience: Post-doctoral experience of one to two years is preferred

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Enable the collection of tumor tissue following the eligibility criteria
- Perform experiments for the genomic and spatial exploration
- Collate and analyze the data
- Present the data
- Manuscript preparation
- Prepare the UC and reports to the granting agency
