The Indian Institute of Toxicology Research (IITR), established in 1965, a constituent laboratory of the Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (CSIR) engaged in the Research & Development in the areas of Environmental Toxicology, Predictive Toxicology, Health Risk Assessment, Preventive Toxicology, Inhalation Toxicology, Analytical Toxicology, and also National S&T Missions. IITR has two campuses; the main campus is located at the centre of Lucknow City and the other campus at a distance of approx. 20 km from the main campus
.Eligible and interested candidates may attend the interview for purely temporary engagement as Project Staff under CSIR/externally funded Projects tenable at CSIR-Indian Institute of Toxicology Research, Lucknow. Timing – Eligible candidates are required to report for the Interview at 9:00 A.M. Candidates reporting after 09:30 A.M will not be entertained. The eligible candidates may appear before the Selection Committee for an interview on the date and time mentioned above at CSIR-Indian Institute of Toxicology Research, Vishvigyan Bhawan 31, Mahatma Gandhi Marg, Lucknow-226001. Eligible candidates must bring with them a duly filled application (which can be downloaded from our website (www.iitrindia.org), with original & attested copies of mark sheets/certificates etc. along with a recent passport size photograph.
General Conditions –
- Suitable Candidates may be empanelled for future requirements if any, under different projects.
- The date for determining age/qualification and experience shall be the date of the interview.
- The above positions are purely temporary and co-terminus with the aforementioned projects.
- The engagement in these projects will not confer any right implicit or explicit on the candidate for consideration for regularization against any CSIR/IITR post(s).
- The number of positions against the various projects can vary at the time of selection depending on the requirement of the institute.
- No TA/DA will be paid to the candidates for attending the interview.
Note – Candidates who fulfil the requisite qualification and age will be allowed to appear before the Selection Committee for an interview and outsider candidates are requested to make their own arrangements accordingly.
