Key Responsibilities
- Undergo one year of Apprenticeship Training at NIOT.
- Participate in training activities related to Biotechnology, Marine Biology, Chemistry, Biology, or Physics disciplines.
- Assist in scientific and technical activities as assigned during the apprenticeship period.
- Follow guidelines and requirements under the Apprentices Act, 1961.
- Complete the training program successfully to receive the National Apprenticeship Certificate from BOAT.
Qualifications
- Full-time Graduate Degree from a recognized University/Institution in the relevant discipline.
- B.Sc. in Chemistry, Biology, or Physics.
- B.Tech in Biotechnology or Marine Biology.
Experience
- Candidates must have passed their Degree from AICTE/DOTE/UGC-approved institutions within the last 5 years.
- Candidates with one year or more job experience are not eligible.
- Candidates who have already undergone or are undergoing NATS 2.0 Apprenticeship Training in the same qualification are not eligible.
Skills Needed
- Strong academic background in Biotechnology, Marine Biology, Chemistry, Biology, or Physics.
- Interest in scientific research and technical training.
- Ability to learn and work in a professional research environment.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Willingness to undergo one year of structured Apprenticeship Training.
