Job Description
Molecular biology, cloning, expression, basics of molecular virology, cDNA preparation, RT-PCR, mammalian cell culture, in vitro cell-based assays related to virus propagation and quantification. Protein production and purification is an add-on.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in biotechnology, Microbiology, life science or any allied areas of biological science with minimum 60% marks and must have qualified GATE/CSIR-UGC NET.
