1. Departmental candidates or applicants working/have worked on projects of ICMR
   Institutes/Centre’s shall be given age relaxation to a minimum of 5 (5) years or a completed months/year based upon earlier project service, whichever is less, they satisfy the essential qualification and experience prescribed for the post, with a view to providing the opportunity to compare with various other candidates.
2. Age relaxation against post earmarked for reserved applicants will be based on Govt. of India Standards. No relaxation will certainly be allowed in unreserved posts.

Essential Qualification: Candidates must possess 1st Class Master Degree in Life Sciences or any comparable post from a recognized university with 4 years’ of core
experience in managing/monitoring of regulatory clinical trials specially Vaccine/drug trial from reputed Institutions.
OR
2nd Class M. Sc. or any equivalent degree with a PhD degree in relevant subjects from a recognized university, 4 years of core experience post PhD in managing/monitoring of regulatory clinical trials specially Vaccine/drug trial from reputed Institutions.

Desirable Qualification and & Experience:

1. Experience in conducting/managing and also monitoring regulatory clinical research/ trials and carry out all the activities associated with regulatory trials
2. Experience in checking all source documents as well as cross-check data entry in CRFs.
3. Experience in managing and also maintaining databases for quality systems.
4. Able to prepare SOPs, logs etc. for trial conduct.
5. Thorough knowledge of New clinical trial guidelines, Schedule Y, GCP, GCLP, ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements for clinical trial conduct.
6. Excellent communication skills

Nature of duties:

• Able to carry out the project keeping track of prepare for a regulatory preventive vaccine clinical trial.
• Prepare for Site initiation and also Monitor vaccine trial, check all the source documents and also entry of data in CRFs and ensuring the timely conclusion of data entry and also compliance with study protocol as well as completion of recruitment target.
• Guarantee that all processes adding to the performance of a clinical trial are conducted properly.
• Ought to be able to provide Training on study procedures, safety reporting, GCP, regulations & GDP and also Dry run of activities
• Troubleshoot processes for smooth conduct of multicentric regulatory vaccine trials.

• Report the status of the quality levels of the staff, systems as well as activities as well as should be able to provide training in project conduct related activities of the vaccine trial.
