About the Company

The organization is focused on maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance across catering units, base kitchens, and vendor operations. The company emphasizes Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS), HACCP implementation, audit compliance, and customer satisfaction by ensuring safe and hygienic food practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute Food Safety audit as per FSSAI requirements.
  • Execute monthly audits and conduct customized audits across Catering, Base Kitchen, and Live Kitchen.
  • Submit reports within 2 working days.
  • Follow up on NC closure for both external and internal audits.
  • Ensure corrective actions on non-conformities are implemented effectively.
  • Support preparation for external audits.
  • Conduct training as per the Training Calendar and maintain monthly training reports and tracker updates.
  • Handle food incidents with RCA and Investigation Audit, finalize root causes with evidence, and recommend CAPA to prevent recurrence.
  • Verify the effectiveness of corrective action implementation.
  • Coordinate with clients for HSEQ-related matters and queries.
  • Support the mobilization of new sites by ensuring adherence to HSE and QA processes.
  • Reduce customer complaints through proper food safety hazard control at vendor kitchens and base kitchens.
  • Implement FSMS systems in vendor kitchens through daily checks, sanitization, and hygiene monitoring.
  • Maintain and update food safety and quality records.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science and Technology, Microbiology, Hotel Management, or Catering Technology from a recognized university.
  • Preference for candidates with Accredited Lead Auditor Course certification in Food Safety Management System (ISO22000/FSSC22000).
  • Certified Internal Auditor on ISO 22000 / HACCP.
  • Strong knowledge of the FSS Act and regulations.

Experience

  • Experience in Food Safety Management Systems and Quality Control processes.
  • Hands-on experience in food safety audits, hygiene monitoring, sanitation practices, and vendor kitchen management.
  • Experience in handling food incidents, RCA investigations, and CAPA implementation is preferred.

Skills Needed

  • Knowledge of Hygiene and Sanitary Practices.
  • Expertise in Allergen Management and food process knowledge.
  • Understanding of Quality and Food Safety Management Systems.
  • Strong auditing and reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication and client coordination abilities.
  • Ability to implement FSMS and ensure food hygiene compliance.
  • Knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, and FSSC22000 standards.
