Qualification
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree of (B.Sc/M,Sc) from a recognized University/Institution in Food Science & Technology, Food & Nutrition, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Dairy Technology, Agricultural/Horticultural Sciences, Industrial Microbiology, Public Health, Life Sciences, Fruit & Vegetable Technology, Food Safety & Quality Assurance, or any other relevant discipline.
Experience
Minimum 2 years for candidates with a Master’s Degree, OR Minimum 3 years for candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree.
Skills & Requirements
- Hands-on experience in a food testing laboratory. Working knowledge of HPLC (experience in LC-MS/MS will be an added advantage).
- Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025, laboratory documentation, sample preparation, and analytical methods.
- Good communication, computer proficiency (MS Excel & Word), time management, and coordination skills.
- Understanding of Indian and International Food Regulations will be preferred.
- Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in Food Testing Laboratories
